We offer worldwide shipping and a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
1.Production
Each item in our collection is upcycled, crafted from recycled materials and/or thrifted garments, and handmade with care. As a result, you may notice minor imperfections that add to the unique character of each piece.
2. Shipping
1.1. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
1.2. All our products are crafted in Berlin (Germany) and shipped globally from there via DHL (6-8 business days).
1.3. Please specify if you want to pick up your order in Berlin.
1.4. You can collect your order at our studio located in Berlin. After placing your order and selecting local pickup during checkout, it will be ready within 2-7 business days. We’ll email you with pickup instructions. Please bring your order confirmation email with you.
1.5. Be aware that your order may incur import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer, and Paseo030 is not liable for them.
1.6. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at mail@paseo030.xyz with your name and order number so we can assist you.
3. Returns
2.1. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
2.2. To initiate a return, please contact us at mail@paseo030.xyz within 14 days of receiving your item.
2.3. Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
2.4. Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for discounted items.
2.5. We’ll inform you once we’ve received and reviewed your return and will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
