1. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between Paseo030, Frankfurter Allee 76, 10247 Berlin Deutschland (hereinafter “Provider”) and the customer concerning the sale of goods and other services offered via the website or directly.

2. Contract Parties
The contract is concluded between the provider and the customer, who may be a consumer or a business.

3. Subject Matter
The provider offers unique and limited editions clothing pieces crafted from discarded materials, pre-existent textiles, deadstock clothing and handmade with care. As a result, you may notice minor imperfections that add to the unique character of each piece.

4. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is formed when the provider confirms an order in writing or electronically. The provider reserves the right to decline orders.

5. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices without VAT according to the German small business regulation (§ 19 aUMStG.). Payment is made via Stripe payments methods offered.

6. Shipping
Shipping is worldwide via Deutsche Post to the address provided by the customer. Shipping costs are shown during checkout. The customer bears the cost of return shipping in case of a withdrawal.
6.1. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) following your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.
6.2. All our products are crafted in Berlin (Germany) and shipped globally from there via Deutsche Post (6-8 business days).
6.3. Please specify if you want to pick up your order in Berlin.
6.4. You can collect your order at our atelier located in Berlin. After placing your order and selecting local pickup during checkout, it will be ready within 2-7 business days. We’ll email you with pickup instructions. Please bring your order confirmation email with you.
6.5. Be aware that your order may incur import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer, and Paseo030 is not liable for them.
6.6. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at mail@paseo030.xyz with your name and order number so we can assist you.

7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for standard goods.
7.1. To qualify for a withdrawal, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
7.2. To initiate a withdrawal, please contact us at mail@paseo030.xyz within 14 days of receiving your item, please specify the reason of withdrawal plus images for documentation (in case needed).
7.3. Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
7.4. Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for discounted items.
7.5. We’ll inform you once we’ve received and reviewed your return and will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
