This invitation is suitable for handcraft practitioners, DIY enthusiasts, fashion lovers and anyone who finds this interesting. Please note that sewing or fashion experience is not required.

🗣️ English, German, Spanish.

🧵 This beginner-friendly workshop will guide you through a simple, step-by-step process:
-
Cutting fabric from old garments or leftover textiles.
-
Following a basic bag pattern.
-
Sewing and assembling your own upcycled bag.
You’ll gain practical skills in textile reuse while exploring the creative potential of materials that are often overlooked or thrown away.
♻️ If you have an old garment you like, and you’re okay about cut and transform it, just bring it along! Jeans or button-up shirts work especially well. If not, no problem, extra materials will be available at the workshop.
The aim is to work with what is discarded, rethinking waste, and creating something meaningful with our hands.
🤲 All tools will be provided, and the instructions are easy to follow. It’s an opportunity to connect with others, share ideas, and learn by doing. This workshop runs on a donation basis. We do not receive external funding, so your contribution will directly support the time, materials, and energy dedicated to making this crafting experience possible.
